Never used to train AI
Your content and your clients’ data are never used to train or fine-tune any AI model — ours or a third party’s. Providers process it only to return your result, then discard it.
Strict tenant isolation
Every firm is its own isolated tenant. One firm can never see another’s data, and AI features are scoped to exactly the data a user is entitled to.
Encrypted in transit & at rest
All data is encrypted on the wire and in storage. Credentials and tokens are stored securely and never exposed to other tenants.
UK GDPR & DPA 2018
We process personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, with the firm as controller of its clients’ data and Alvio acting as processor on documented instructions.
Human in the loop
Nothing consequential leaves the system without a person’s approval — filings, payment runs and client communications are drafted by AI and signed off by the partner.
Vetted sub-processors
